IH Type RPR Machine (Induction Heating Type Coating Removal Machine)
In ordinary methods for removing coatings from steel, a mechanical force like blasting or chemical coating removal agents are used. However, those methods have issues related to workability and safety, and they require countermeasures to capture or contain flying debris of removed coating in mechanical methods and countermeasures to prevent fire in coating removal agent methods.
To solve these problems, the Induction Heating (IH) Type RPR machine was developed to remove coatings from the surface of steel with intense heat. Coating removal by the IH Type RPR Machine improves the working environment and safety, such as reduction of flying dust and debris, and noise. Also, it improves workability and reduces waste materials from coating removal work.
